Temperzone recently held a hugely successful product and service training seminar in Singapore run by Mark Howcroft and Shane McBride. The training was tailored specifically for internal sales and distribution staff as well as 90 plus consultants and customers from across Asia including Singapore, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Vietnam and Hong Kong. The seminar demonstrates Temperzone’s commitment in ensuring that people who sell, install and service their products are fully trained.
The event was organised by the Temperzone Singapore office with General Manager Weng Fei opening the seminar. Special thanks also go to Singapore Sales Engineer Kok Boon Wam, who was instrumental in the organisation of the training sessions.
The first day was a big one starting at 8:30 in the morning and going until 6 that evening for internal sales and distribution staff. The OPA training covered both the product information as well as service training focusing on installation, commissioning and the UC8. After a similarly intensive session on Chilled Water Fan Coil Units and HWP, they participants were able to spend invaluable hands on time with the working displays of the SAT 3 and UC8.
The second day of training saw 90 plus consultants and customers travel from across Asia including Singapore, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Vietnam and Hong Kong to attend. It again covered the OPA, Chilled Water Fan Coil Units and HWP but was designed specifically to suit their interest and their markets.
There was also time set aside the next day to give them all time to get to know each other and ask more questions relating specific to their own regions. A great deal of interest was shown in the OPA products from both Indonesia and Sri Lanka for commercial applications as it would suit their building styles perfectly.
This seminar was a great opportunity for Shane and Mark to witness new opportunities for Temperzone, while sharing the vast knowledge they hold between them.
